Choose based on your usage
If you regularly access international websites, compare the monthly plans. If your usage is occasional, explore the data packs. The tabs below change only what’s displayed; all prices remain in the table above.
Monthly plans: data resets each month on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are converted into remaining days.
Light use
60GB Monthly Plan
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for everyday browsing, document searches and text-based AI tools. If you're unsure how much data you need, start with your typical usage rather than choosing a larger allowance right away.
60GB per month, resets on your activation date
Unlimited simultaneous connections
7-day refunds, no questions asked
Choose an allowance that covers your actual usage. Video streaming, file transfers and multiple devices used at once all consume data. Check your remaining balance in the panel; this plan is not unlimited.
Suited to users who browse for work and also stream or switch between devices. Choose based on your total monthly usage, not the number of devices; simultaneous connections are unlimited.
250GB per month, resets on your activation date
Unlimited simultaneous connections
7-day refunds, no questions asked
“Popular comparison” is a reference for comparing plans; it doesn't mean this plan is already on your account. Streaming time, video quality and file sizes all affect data use, so check your usage in the panel to see whether the allowance is right for you.
Suited to frequent streaming, regular file access or long-term use across multiple devices. If you need a larger monthly allowance, compare this plan with your usage records.
500GB per month, resets on your activation date
Unlimited simultaneous connections
7-day refunds, no questions asked
A larger data allowance doesn't guarantee access to all content on a platform or promise a particular speed. Before choosing, check the target region, platform rules and your local network conditions.
Data packs aren't billed by time. They last until used and never expire; the allowance doesn't replenish each month.
Occasional use
300GB Data Pack
¥158 / pack
Suited to users who connect at irregular times, such as when working with international websites or handling specific tasks. Remaining data never expires, so you can use it as needed.
300GB total, until used
Never expires; no monthly reset
Unlimited simultaneous connections
This isn't 300GB per month. Every session uses data from the pack. Check your remaining balance before extended video streaming; no expiry date doesn't remove the total data limit.
Suited to irregular workloads, with heavier use during some periods and breaks at others. Unlike a monthly plan, the key question is whether the total allowance meets your needs, not whether you use a fixed amount each month.
1000GB total, until used
Never expires; no monthly reset
Unlimited simultaneous connections
Check your remaining data regularly after purchase. You can connect an unlimited number of devices, but downloads, syncing and streaming on those devices still use data. Turn off transfers that aren't needed for your current tasks.
Suited to users who want a larger total allowance without planning around a monthly reset date. “Never expires” refers to the validity of your remaining data, so you can use it when you need it.
3000GB total, until used
Never expires; no monthly reset
Unlimited simultaneous connections
This is still a limited data pack, not unlimited access. If you use it every day, compare your actual usage with the monthly plan rules rather than choosing based on the larger allowance alone.
Compare data allowances and billing rules first, then check devices and your intended destinations. A plan's data allowance doesn't provide account access to a website or platform.
Route coverage
120+ countries / 230+ routes
Choose a region based on your destination and check available routes in the panel. Coverage describes the service area; it doesn't mean every region works with every platform. For regions and route types, see the server locations.
Military-grade encryption
Multi-device connections
Works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous connections. Find client apps and subscription details in the panel. For setup instructions, see the getting started guide. Don't share your subscription details publicly.
Usage support
Use cases and support tickets
Streaming, AI tools and access to international websites may depend on the target region. Platform memberships aren't included in VPN82 plans. For connection or order issues, visit the Help Center or sign in to the panel to open a support ticket.
Monthly plans vs. data packs
Not sure which type to choose? Start with three questions: Is your usage regular? Are you comfortable with a monthly reset? How much total data do you need? Don't confuse long validity with unlimited data.

Let your actual usage guide your choice
Text-heavy browsing and document access generally use data differently from continuous video streaming. Video quality, viewing time, file transfers and background syncing all affect your total usage. Before choosing, list the apps you use most, then check your usage records in the panel. We don't convert a data allowance into a set number of viewing hours: differences in content, encoding and app behavior make that estimate unreliable.
Check the prorated amount before upgrading
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, confirm your current plan, the plan you're switching to and the prorated result shown in the panel. Don't assume the price difference adds extra data, or apply monthly plan upgrade rules to a data pack. If the panel doesn't match your understanding, check with support through a ticket before continuing.

Confirm your plan in the panel
No email address required—create an account with a username and password. Plan buttons on this page take you to the plans section in the user panel. Before continuing, check the plan name, price, billing type and data allowance. For monthly plans, review the monthly allowance and reset rules; for data packs, check the total allowance and that they never expire. Proceed with payment once you've confirmed the right option.
Pay according to the current order instructions
Create an order in the panel, then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT and follow the steps on the current payment page. For USDT, use the network, payment details and amount shown on the order page; don't reuse details from an earlier order. Compare the payment page with your order record, rather than relying only on a browser redirect to confirm activation.
Check your order and data balance after payment
After paying, return to the panel and check your order status, plan details and available data. If the status hasn't updated, review the original order and payment record to avoid paying twice. To ask for help, add the order details in a panel support ticket. Before attaching screenshots, hide account details unrelated to the issue. Never send your password or full subscription details.
7-day refunds, no questions asked
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket and include the relevant order, plan purchased and your refund request. Keep your order page and payment record so the request can be matched to the right transaction. For connection issues, you can also share the platform, selected region and error message. Don't include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.
After submitting a request, check the ticket for replies and add any needed details. Order records and ticket replies are the reference during review. This page doesn't promise a refund arrival time or processing speed for any specific payment method; those details can't be inferred from plan prices. If you only want to adjust your allowance, first distinguish a monthly plan upgrade from a refund request so the two aren't mixed up.
Pricing and refund FAQs
How much do VPN82 plans cost?
The lowest-priced plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date each month, so check the billing model before choosing.
How many devices can I use at the same time?
Use an unlimited number of devices simultaneously on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep your plan's data allowance in mind when connecting multiple devices: unlimited connections doesn't mean unlimited data. Find subscriptions and client apps in the user panel.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request one?
Refunds are available within 7 days, no questions asked. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket and provide the relevant order details and your refund request. Keep your order records and ticket replies for reference. See the Terms of Service for full details.
Which payment methods are supported?
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. In the user panel, choose a plan and review the order, then follow the payment page instructions. After paying, return to the panel to check your order status and data balance. If the status hasn't updated, check the original order first.
When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the plan and prorated result shown in the panel. Monthly plans and data packs that never expire have different billing rules; don't treat them as the same type of data.
Do data packs reset each month?
Data packs last until used, never expire and don't reset monthly. They're suited to users with irregular schedules who want to plan international access by data usage. “Never expires” refers to the validity of the remaining data, not an unlimited allowance.
