Service Scope

VPN82 provides network acceleration for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 120+ countries / 230+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscription details through the user panel. The routes listed in the panel define the available selection.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Users remain responsible for meeting each destination service's access requirements and following its rules. Coverage does not guarantee continuous access to any website, content, or region.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publish them, upload them to public repositories, or share them with untrusted software. If you discover that someone else has accessed your account, change your password and report the issue through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder's own devices or devices they are authorized to use. This does not permit reselling, renting, or publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing an account with other users. You may not use this service to provide paid proxy access or bulk connectivity to others.

For information on how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy. When submitting a ticket, provide only the information needed to address the issue. Do not send your account password or full subscription link.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire; monthly subscription reset rules do not apply to data packages.

Payment is supported via Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check the plan, amount, and billing method before paying. See the Plans page for full pricing, and check order records in the user panel.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and include the relevant order so the payment can be verified. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service. Refund processing is subject to the ticket response and the payment channel's handling of the transaction.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, violating others' privacy, distributing malware, unauthorized system access, or infringing intellectual property rights.

Do not use the connection to send spam, launch network attacks, or interfere with other users' normal use of the service. Users are responsible for confirming that the content they access and their actions are lawful. Using a network acceleration service does not exempt users from responsibility for their own conduct.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, destination websites, and maintenance changes. VPN82 does not guarantee a fixed connection speed, uninterrupted availability, or continuous access to specific content. If an issue occurs, consult the Help Center and submit a ticket with the error message and details about your setup.

Third-party platforms determine their own content, account reviews, regional eligibility, and transaction outcomes. VPN82 cannot resolve disputes on their behalf. Maintenance, external network failures, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. Liability is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit it.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user engages in unlawful use, reselling or sharing, attacks, or other conduct that violates these terms, VPN82 may suspend relevant connections or terminate account services based on the risk. If you dispute this action, submit a ticket to request a review. Account actions do not affect rights users have under applicable law and do not replace the refund commitment described above.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Significant changes affecting account or subscription benefits will be announced through the user panel. Changes take effect as stated in the published notice and will not retroactively reduce the benefits of orders already placed. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and submit a ticket to ask about relevant arrangements.
